Washington County WIC Program: Baby Weigh Station -
Many breastfeeding mothers have questions about their baby's
weight gain. They also have questions about breastfeeding and
their milk supply. Washington
County WIC Program now has a
Walk-in Clinic for breastfeeding mothers to
bring in their babies. This is being made available to women who
are enrolled in the Washington County WIC program. They can have
their infant weighed and reweighed after breastfeeding. Our peer
counselor, Nikki Shaw, will be available to assist these mothers with
assessment and guidance. Most importantly, they may just need a
little reassurance. The clinic will be held on Tuesdays
from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the main office in Hudson Falls.
Families can call for more information at 746-2460.
