About Us:
The Greater Adirondack Perinatal Network (GAP-Net)
is one of 16 Comprehensive Prenatal Service Networks (CPPSN) funded by
the New York State Department of Health, Bureau of Women’s Health,
working to improve the birth outcomes of women throughout the State.
The mission of the Greater Adirondack Perinatal Network is to
promote comprehensive perinatal health care throughout seven
county area by providing education, information and referral
services to individuals, families and professionals.
We achieve this through:
• Health and Human Service Provider Education
• Mini-Grant Programs
• Consumer Education
• Referral Services and Resource Guides
• Community Baby Showers
